Ascendent Technologies provides consultancy services drawing from Norman Lim's experience in composite technology since 1991 and South African associate Moh9 Armour Ceramics experience since 1981 to provide customers with cutting edge or cost effect system solutions

The ability of Ascendent is further accentuated with FRAL's proprietary resin and composite prepreg fabric solutions to provide high levels of cost to performance options to the customer.

Ascendent can provide consultancy via distant cooperation through the use of modern internet communications systems or on-site development work if the customer has a ballistic lab and ready materials from Ascendent pre shipped to their premises.

Ascendent do not charge royalties on design provided that an agreement is arranged beforehand that uses exclusively, Ascendent supplied materials in the final production.
