Ascendent Technologies

Ascendent Technologies was initially formed in March 2007 by inventor Norman Lim with entrepreneurs, Mr. Ravindran Govindan and Mr. Ong Kok Wah, who have developed several new start up businesses into profitable multinational companies listed on various stocks exchanges around the world. In addition, the company’s other major investor is Cap Vista Pte Ltd, the strategic investment arm of Defense Science and Technology Agency, a statutory board of the Ministry of Defence in Singapore.

Our Focus & Mission

We believe that the key to success is to continuously explore and exploit the latest scientific knowledge to create new materials for industry and manufacturing. The company currently is focused on the research and development of new composite materials. In particular, we specialize in Ceramic Metal interface technologies that augment, accentuate or supersedes the performance of conventional materials for industrial uses.

Ascendent Technologies is on the cutting edge, constantly pushing the boundaries of current scientific knowledge into new frontiers, where science and reality meets.
